I dealt with Rick and he was amazing. I needed a wheelchair sent from Townsville Hospital to Mt Isa Hospital urgently. He understood the urgency and did everything in his power to get the chair to Mt Isa as quickly as he could. I could not recommend this company highly enough from my experience with them.

I believe the current operator Peter needs help, he may have anger issues. Discussing way to run a business. Obviously, he does not care about good customer service. Avoid this branch.

I used this service based on a recommendation by Sydney airport when retrieving an item I had left behind. I had a great experience using this company. Customer service was great and very easy to deal with. Options were easy to understand as was payment. I also had the bonus of being reunited with item quicker than I was expecting.
